Who We Are
What We Do
Membership
  • ​Established in 1999, York Simcoe Nature Club is a group of people who share an interest in natural history and conservation.
  • Our club serves Aurora, Newmarket, East Gwillimbury, Bradford West Gwillimbury, and King Township.
  • We are both an independent club and a member of Ontario Nature’s 150-plus Nature Network.
  • We currently have over 60 members.

​Cawthra Mulock Nature Reserve

  • Monthly speaker nights on topics of natural history and conservation, from September to June. Currently held via Zoom.
  • Guided nature walks in local conservation areas, open to members only, from September to June.
  • Stewardship activities in the Cawthra Mulock Nature Reserve in collaboration with Ontario Nature. Please see our "Cawthra Mulock Nature Reserve" page.
  • Advocacy for environmental conservation issues in collaboration with other groups.​​​​​​
